the last performance of "Poor Sap" occurred with FWOE as a quieter, seated electro-acoustic ensemble, accompanying an animated powerpoint slide projection in March 2005 at Flywheel, Easthampton. The music was a set of improvised movements, at least slightly more practiced than one hears in the most primitive version in the link above.
currently working on the 2009 version of "Poor Sap" - including a collaboration with our foley sound artist friend Olivier Thys in Brussells. this will be part of De Player's "8 inch Series" in Rotterdam - with the European debut of this fresh version on December 19, 2009.
